The hotel is wonderfully located next to the beach, just a short walk from Ayia Napa center. The rooms are modern and spacious, ideal for families. The service is generally lovely, but some improvements are needed. The dining options are good, though some areas need attention. It's a great value for money stay with excellent amenities.

While the spare room card to keep the air conditioning on was a clever touch, the rooms facing the neighboring building were less than ideal, and the weekend nights by the seaside could get a bit loud due to music. Service was very welcoming, especially with the unexpected bottle of wine and fruits, but the dining options left something to be desired. The location was convenient for beach access and town exploration, with a comfortable setting for relaxation, although the proximity to water pipes at night was a downside.
